By accessing or using the Évoque Mode website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on the Évoque Mode website for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for commercial purposes
• Attempting to reverse engineer any software on the website
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transferring the materials to another person

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Due to the nature of luxury and designer items, slight variations in color, materials, or finishes may occur.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice. Duties and tax are included for the United States, Canada, and Australia; for Europe (non-EU) and the rest of the world, duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon delivery and remain the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
• Errors in pricing or product descriptions
• Unusual or abusive order patterns

Payment must be successfully authorized before shipment.

Évoque Mode offers international shipping.

Orders may be fulfilled from multiple warehouse locations in Europe, depending on product availability.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

Évoque Mode is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance processes.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All original packaging, tags, dust bags, and protective elements must be intact

United States & Europe Orders:

Returns are accepted within 14 days.

• For standard (full-price) items, return shipping may be covered or deducted from the refund depending on the return reason
• For sale items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

International Orders (outside US & Europe):

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.

Additional Conditions:

• If a return is initiated from a different region than the original shipping warehouse, all additional logistics costs will be deducted from the refund
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

We do not accept returns on:

• Worn or used items
• Damaged items after delivery
• Items returned without original packaging
• Items marked as final sale

Évoque Mode reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Update your information as necessary
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not share your account with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.

Any disputes shall be exclusively brought before the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
